📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging Mandarin lessons tailored to students' needs and learning styles.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their language development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum enhancements.
• Utilize educational software such as Rosetta Stone and iTalki for interactive learning experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate them into lesson plans.
• Participate in professional development workshops and conferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about students' progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mandarin Language Teaching, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Mandarin language instruction.
• HSK (Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi) certification at level 5 or higher.
• Proficiency in using educational software such as Rosetta Stone and iTalki.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for language education and a commitment to student success.
• Fluency in Mandarin (HSK level 6) and English.
