📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Use cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and floor buffers to achieve spotless results.
• Follow and adhere to our comprehensive cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
• Manage and maintain our inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Provide exceptional guest service by addressing any maintenance or cleaning requests promptly.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping supervisor to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new cleaning techniques and industry best practices.
• Promote a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork and mutual respect.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field, preferably in a luxury or high-end hotel setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Good physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 kg for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide exceptional guest service.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, steam cleaners, and floor buffers.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions and protocols.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Valid ID and proof of work eligibility in Indonesia.
