Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the automotive branch in Tangerang, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Represent PT Auto Maju Sentosa at industry events and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales, management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Knowledge of automotive software and systems, such as Autodesk AutoCAD or SolidWorks, is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
