📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java, Python, and other relevant technologies.

• Lead and mentor a team of application engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation.
• Ensure the security, performance, and reliability of applications through rigorous testing and quality assurance processes.

• Work closely with the IT infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development and application engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Python, and other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with enterprise-level application development frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Django.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases like Oracle and MySQL.
• Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies, with experience in CI/CD pipelines.
• Certification in ITIL, PMP, or a similar industry-recognized certification is a plus.
