📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize spare parts inventory and supply chain management.
• Collaborate with regional managers and workshop teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
• Monitor inventory levels and demand patterns to forecast future requirements.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and reliable delivery schedules.
• Implement inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle to streamline processes.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide training and support to workshop teams on inventory management best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in spare parts management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing inventory management strategies.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
