📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.,Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality products and services.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.,Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as needed.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to production.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a strong focus on strategic sourcing.,Proven track record of cost savings and process improvements in procurement.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
