📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide excellent customer service,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records,Process customer payments and handle cash transactions,Organize and maintain the shop's display and layout,Promote products and special offers to customers,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Work efficiently and effectively to meet daily sales targets,Participate in team meetings and follow company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems,Familiarity with Indonesian language and English is a plus,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions,Flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions
