📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Consult with clients to understand their beauty and wellness needs and recommend appropriate products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Promote and sell our range of beauty and wellness products and services to achieve sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure clients have a positive experience with our brand.,Attend trade shows, events, and workshops to network with industry professionals and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.,Monitor and report on sales performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Provide training and support to junior sales consultants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.,Strong understanding of beauty and wellness products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
