📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage a team of staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff, to ensure high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of food hygiene.,Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve skills and knowledge.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of quality ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations, and a commitment to maintaining high standards.,Experience with inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software.
