📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow and resolve production issues.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of projects.,Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of output.,Conduct regular production reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.,Assist in the development and implementation of new production processes and technologies.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline).,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or operational role, preferably in a data-driven environment.,Strong understanding of production management principles and best practices.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
