Mart One Corporindo is looking for a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. You will work closely with our HR team to ensure that our employees are equipped with the necessary tools to excel in their roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify training needs and goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
  • Work with external trainers and vendors to ensure high-quality training experiences.
  • Monitor and report on training program progress and outcomes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
