📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve branch targets and goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor branch performance and provide regular reports to senior management.,Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the branch.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Proven track record of success in driving branch performance and profitability.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Experience in working in a remote environment is a plus.,Ability to travel to the branch location as needed.
