Sentosa Pharmaceutical is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for managing and executing events and gatherings, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients and guests. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize events and banquets, including coordinating with vendors and service providers.,Ensure the smooth execution of events, from setup to cleanup.,Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVPs.,Oversee food and beverage services, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.,Coordinate with catering and event planning teams to ensure seamless event execution.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during events.,Maintain accurate records of event details and guest information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in banquet and event management.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using event management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian culture and customs is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
