📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine job requirements and specifications.,Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Screen and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for the position.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through various recruitment channels.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to improve recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
