📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and clients with a warm and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate departments.,Schedule appointments and manage the reception calendar.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Handle and process mail and packages.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Assist with front desk operations and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Friendly and professional demeanor.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages.
