📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading the data analysis team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior analysts.
  • Developing and implementing data analysis strategies that drive business growth.
  • Analyzing large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Creating and maintaining data models and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that data analysis efforts are aligned with business objectives.
  • Presenting data analysis findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Ensuring that data analysis efforts are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Proven track record of success in leading data analysis projects and teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data analysis concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior analysts.
  • Proficiency in Python or R, with a strong understanding of machine learning and statistical modeling.
  • Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark is a plus.
