📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their dining needs.
• Take and process orders accurately using our in-house POS system.
• Ensure timely and efficient service to maintain high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including tables and equipment.
• Handle cash transactions and manage guest payments.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
• Provide excellent table service, including refilling drinks, clearing tables, and ensuring guest comfort.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-energy hospitality environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and customer relationship management tools.
