📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.,Support the HR Manager in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.,Assist in the organization of HR activities, such as training sessions and team-building events.,Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a plus.
