📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.,Develop and implement financial strategies to improve the company's financial performance.,Manage the accounting and financial reporting processes.,Coordinate with external auditors and financial advisors as needed.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits for employees.,Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, banks, and other financial partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
