As a Corporate Action & Stakeholder Management Specialist, you will be at the heart of BTPN Syariah's strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement corporate action plans, ensuring compliance with Islamic finance principles and regulations. Your daily tasks will include managing shareholder communications, coordinating corporate events, and maintaining a strong stakeholder relationship database.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute corporate action plans in alignment with BTPN Syariah's strategic objectives.
Manage shareholder communications and engagement activities.
Coordinate and facilitate corporate events and stakeholder meetings.
Maintain and update the stakeholder relationship database using CRM software like Salesforce.
Ensure compliance with Islamic finance regulations and corporate governance principles.
Analyze stakeholder feedback and provide insights to support decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of corporate initiatives.
Monitor and report on the performance of corporate actions and stakeholder management activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate action and stakeholder management in the Islamic banking industry.
Strong knowledge of Islamic finance principles and regulations.
Proficient in using CRM software like Salesforce.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
