📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and soft drinks.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware and restocking supplies.
• Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and food.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering new stock as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and follow the bar’s service standards and protocols.
• Promote a positive and professional work environment, fostering a culture of teamwork and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with basic bar tools and equipment, such as shakers, jiggers, and blenders.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of local drinks and cocktails preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
