📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of technical content.
  • Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical documentation.
  • Assist in the creation of user manuals, quick start guides, and other end-user documentation.
  • Work with the marketing team to create and maintain product brochures and other promotional materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Provide technical writing support to the sales and customer support teams.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
