📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service.,Handle inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Assist in planning and executing promotional activities and sales events.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular staff training and development sessions.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Good knowledge of inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
