📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide direct support and guidance to families in need, helping them navigate through challenges and achieve stability.
• Mentor individuals, offering them the tools and encouragement needed to build a brighter future.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized plans to address the unique needs of families and individuals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and integrated support services.
• Educate and empower communities through workshops, training sessions, and outreach programs.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of supported families and individuals, making adjustments as needed.
• Advocate for the rights and well-being of families and individuals, working to address systemic issues and promote positive change.
• Stay up-to-date with best practices and trends in social work, incorporating new knowledge and skills into your practice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in social work, preferably in a community-based setting.
• Certification as a Social Worker (CSW) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of community development and family support services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with families and individuals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with case management software, such as Salesforce or similar platforms, is a plus.
