📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and executing retail sales strategies to meet company targets.,Provide excellent customer service to retail clients.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.,Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.,Assist in the organization of retail sales events and promotions.,Provide training and support to junior sales staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with retail sales software and systems is a plus.,Knowledge of the Indonesian retail market is an advantage.
