📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist clients with their daily needs, including but not limited to, managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and providing support with personal tasks.,Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in all interactions with clients.,Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.,Assist with the organization and management of the office or home environment, including cleaning, maintaining supplies, and ensuring a clean and tidy space.,Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service and personal assistance.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of service strategies and improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or personal assistance role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using office software and technology.,Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of service.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
