📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.,Prepare and analyze financial statements.,Monitor and control the department's budget.,Provide financial advice to management.,Ensure the accuracy of financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.
