📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth.,Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).,Create and manage social media content and campaigns to engage with our target audience.,Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media insights.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.,Manage the digital marketing budget and ensure optimal spend allocation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.,Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media management tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
