📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge, and foster a positive and productive work environment.,Manage customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and increase sales and revenue.,Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
