Pacific Pharmaceutical is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, customer service, and overall dining experience. This is a full-time position located in Yogyakarta, offering a competitive salary package of Rp 16.000.000 – Rp 20.000.000 per month. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the food and beverage industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and food preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe dining environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and complaints promptly.,Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Monitor and control restaurant expenses, including labor, food, and beverage costs.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.,Promote and uphold the restaurant's image and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong knowledge of food safety, health, and sanitation regulations.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
