📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety,Control inventory and ensure proper stock levels,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to improve operations,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry,Experience with inventory management and cost control,Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback
