📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food production processes and quality standards.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with HACCP and other food safety standards.,Experience in the mayonnaise or similar food product production is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
