As an Operations & Maintenance Technician B, you will be responsible for the routine maintenance, repair, and inspection of power infrastructure, including transformers, substations, and transmission lines. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and inspections of power infrastructure, including transformers, substations, and transmission lines.
Conduct troubleshooting and repair work on electrical systems and equipment.
Monitor and maintain power quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Document all maintenance activities and record findings in the company's maintenance management system.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Ensure the safety of all personnel and the public by adhering to strict safety protocols.
Participate in emergency response efforts to quickly resolve any power outages or system failures.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in power infrastructure technology and apply this knowledge to improve operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance and operations, with a focus on power infrastructure.
Certification in electrical power systems or a related field, such as the National Competency Standards (SKKNI) for Electrical Technicians.
Familiarity with electrical safety standards and regulations, including the Indonesian Electrical Installation Code (Peraturan Menteri ESDM Nomor 19 Tahun 2019).
Proficiency in using electrical testing and measurement equipment, such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power quality analyzers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Indonesian.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Valid driver's license for transportation of equipment and personnel.
