Nest Diamond Berjaya is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. This is a crucial position that requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in logistics and supply chain management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, implementation, and control of logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth and effective supply chain processes.,Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to prevent shortages and overstock situations.,Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to logistics and supply chain management.,Manage and supervise a team of logistics staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that logistics operations support and enhance customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems, including ERP, TMS, and WMS.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.,Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve logistics operations.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance requirements related to logistics and supply chain management.,Ability to travel domestically as needed for business purposes.
