PT Maha Berkah is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Tax Consultant to join our team in Kuta. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and guidance to our clients, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax planning, tax compliance, and tax litigation, and will be able to effectively communicate complex tax concepts to clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize clients' tax liabilities while ensuring compliance.,Prepare and review tax returns, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other tax filings.,Conduct tax audits and represent clients in tax disputes and litigation.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to staff on new developments.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.,Monitor and report on tax-related risks and opportunities.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective tax planning and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, preferably in an international or multinationa,Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience in tax planning, tax compliance, and tax litigation is highly desirable.
