📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the stores, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage a team of store managers and staff, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor store inventory levels and ensure that restocking is done in a timely manner.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage store budgets and ensure that expenses are kept within budget.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point of sale (POS) systems.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
