Summarecon Mall Makassar is looking for a Head of Purchasing to lead our procurement team and ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain. As the Head of Purchasing, you will be responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities, managing suppliers, and ensuring that our inventory is always optimized. With a strong background in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, you will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

In this role, you will work closely with various departments to ensure that our procurement processes are aligned with our business goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with our suppliers. With your experience in a supervisory or managerial position, you will be able to lead our team and ensure that our purchasing activities are carried out in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all purchasing activities and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure favorable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure quality standards are met.
• Lead the procurement team and provide guidance and support to team members.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Ensure that all purchasing activities are carried out in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, or Supply Chain, with experience in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, including supplier management, contract negotiation, and inventory management.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze purchasing data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
