📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide strategic financial guidance and advice to the management team.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and reports.,Manage and monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable and receivable.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and accuracy.,Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management roles.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards relevant to the garment industry.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial systems and practices is a plus.
