📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sales Counter in managing customer inquiries and complaints.,Provide product information and demonstrations to customers.,Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.,Assist in the organization and upkeep of the sales counter area.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the technology industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of computer systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and customer service best practices.,Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems quickly.,Proven track record of building strong customer relationships.,Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
