Indonesia Oil is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Tigaraksa, Banten. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet management system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for driving efficiency and safety in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to address any vehicle issues promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Support the Fleet Manager in ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Provide administrative support to the Fleet Manager in various tasks as needed.,Participate in fleet safety initiatives and training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations is a plus.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
