📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement integrated pest management (IPM) strategies tailored to the specific needs of our clients.
• Conduct field surveys and assessments to identify and monitor crop pests and diseases.
• Collaborate with farmers, agronomists, and research teams to develop and implement sustainable crop protection solutions.
• Utilize advanced technologies and data analytics tools to monitor and predict pest and disease outbreaks.
• Provide technical guidance and training to farmers on best practices for crop protection.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in pest and disease management through continuous learning and professional development.
• Conduct research and development activities to improve existing crop protection methods and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards for crop protection practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Crop Science, Entomology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in crop protection, pest management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of IPM principles and practices.
• Proficiency in using GIS and data analytics tools for pest and disease monitoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with farmers, agronomists, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to travel and work in remote areas as needed.
• Familiarity with agricultural software and systems, such as AgriSoft, CropX, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
