📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Ensuring that all products are of the highest quality and meet customer expectations.
• Overseeing the financial performance of the branch, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment for both employees and customers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Providing leadership and support to the branch team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implementing them in the branch.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing and growing a branch or similar operation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and trends, and a passion for the industry.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work long and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
